Order Processing Timelines
Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed, unless you are local. During sales, or times of high volume, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to order processing times.
All parcels within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All Parcel Delivery Time Standards are in accordance with Canada Post's guidelines.

International shipping is available to most countries and will be shipped via Canada Post International Tracked Package

We want you to love what you ordered, so if you aren't happy with your order we will give you an exchange or a store credit.
All returns must be authorized by email at email@example.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Luca Elle Boutique is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
